苏嘟嘟的原型是“微笑天使”江豚，鳍部是昆曲水袖，肩部是倒置的茉莉花云肩，足踏水波纹样，整体结合地域文化与运动感，诠释赛事精神，彰显“水韵江苏”文化自信。
